Following a hard-fought game 1 against the Spurs, the Warriors looked to keep the momentum on their side for game 2 at the Oracle Arena. Stephen Curry had 29 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists in three quarters and the Golden State Warriors trounced on the Spurs missing Kawhi Leonard, running away from San Antonio for a 136-100 rout Tuesday night. The series is now in favor of the Warriors who hold a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference finals. Other important contributors included Kevin Durant who added 16 points and Draymond Green provided another strong all-around performance with 13 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks, while Rookie Patrick McCaw had 18 points and 5 assists off the bench.
The Warriors are now 10-0 in the postseason. Game 3 in the best-of-seven series is Saturday, May 20th in San Antonio at 7:00 (PT) | 9:00 (ET).
