The Warriors Confidently Win Game 2 Versus The Blazers

The Golden State Warriors (1) were coming off their game one win against the Portland Trail Blazers (8) and now the stage was set for game 2. However, Kevin Durant was sidelined with a strained left calf, Shaun Livingston sat with a sprained right index finger, and Matt Barnes was out with a sprained right ankle. The lack of key players would worry most fans but the Warriors still had a lot of depth. The Warriors outscored the Blazers 33 to 17 in the first quarter and from there the offensive onslaught continued. JaVale McGee went 100% from the field scoring 15 points, while Andre Iguodala provided 6 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists to provide a much needed boost off the bench and helped solidified a 110 to 81 win.

Game three will take place Saturday, April 22th at 7:30 (PT) | 10:30 (ET).
